What you'll be doing?Manage SMSF Portfolios: Oversee a dedicated portfolio of self-managed superannuation funds, ensuring compliance and strategic outcomes.
Prepare Financial Statements: Create accurate SMSF financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory documents.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing their queries and providing expert advice.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations.
Mentor Junior Staff: Guide and support junior team members, fostering a positive and learning-oriented workplace.
Experienced Accountants: Candidates with 3+ years of experience in SMSF accounting, preferably within a public practice firm.
Strong Compliance Knowledge: A deep understanding of SMSF compliance and taxation regulations.
Professional Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified or working towards it is desirable.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, with a client-centric mindset.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Team Player: A team-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
