Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and allocate daily maintenance jobs to field staff.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure clear, timely communication and updates.
Track work orders, progress, and documentation in the job management system.
Assist with compliance records, vehicle registers, and KPI tracking.
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to management.
Help maintain EBG's systems, templates, and reporting processes for accuracy and consistency.
About You
White card and current drivers license required
Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities coordination, or similar role — trade background highly regarded.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Confident working across multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Experience with job management systems (AroFlo experience highly regarded).
A proactive, dependable team player who enjoys supporting others to get the job done.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted right to work in Australia
