Full-Time Manager / Supervisor / casuals – Wonder Burger, Kingston ACT
We’re on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Manager, supervisors and casuals to lead our team at Wonder Burger & Chickenette in Kingston, ACT!
Serving up classic burgers, crispy chicken, golden fries, creamy soft serves, and thickshakes with a side of warm, friendly service – Wonder Burger is all about quality food and great vibes.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can take charge of the day-to-day operations and keep the team running smoothly. You’ll be working closely with both our Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to maintain high standards and create a welcoming, well-organised environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As Manager:
Oversee FOH operations and ensure strong communication between FOH and BOH
Train, support and manage performance of FOH team members
Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and overall customer experience
As Supervisor (where applicable):
Supervise shifts and support the Manager as needed
Maintain operational standards during service
Ensure a smooth, positive experience for both staff and customers
