Project Administrator Location: West Perth with easy access to public transport and nearby parking.
Salary: $40 - $50 p/h + super (depending on experience)

Our client is a well-established civil and mining services contractor, delivering high-quality work across major mining projects in Western Australia. With a strong presence on Tier 1 sites, they offer a supportive team culture, a stable pipeline of work, and the opportunity to make a visible impact across their operations. They're looking for a Project Administrator Trainee to join their West Perth office and support their site teams.
In this role you'll work closely with the project and site teams and handle a mix of admin and mobilisation tasks.
This role involves a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to: - Manage site rosters, flight bookings and accommodation
- Support mobilisation for employees and subcontractors
- Raise purchase orders and receipt goods
- Assist with reconciliation of invoices
- Maintain PPE and office stock levels
- Enter data accurately across multiple systems
- Use MS Office and databases
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Travel to site occasionally when required
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following: - Previous admin experience, ideally within civil, mining or site-based environments
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Comfortable working with multiple databases and online systems
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry
- Ability to organise tasks, meet deadlines and follow processes
- Good communication skills with a team-focused approach
- Willing to learn mobilisations and project admin functions
- Full Australian Unrestricted Working Rights
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
