Your New RoleThis role oversees the company’s end-to-end financial management, including tax planning, audit coordination, and project-level financial control. The Finance Manager will also deliver financial analysis and provide strategic decision-support to senior management.
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company’s financial strategy, risk control framework, budgeting processes, and financial reporting systems.
Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all accounting activities.
Establish and improve financial policies, systems, and internal controls to identify risks and enhance financial efficiency.
Oversee and coordinate all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance across BAS, GST, ITR and other obligations.
Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure a smooth and compliant audit process.
Maintain strong working relationships with external partners.
Monitor project-level financials, including cost control, budgeting, cash-flow utilisation, and project receivables.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA qualification is highly regarded.
3+ years of financial management experience in Australia; experience in property development or construction is preferred.
Solid experience working with audit processes and requirements.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
