Position Overview
This role is for 5 days per week, with an immediate start available.
The Bookkeeper will manage core financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and will report directly to the Finance Manager. We are seeking someone organised, accurate, and confident in communicating with both internal staff and external suppliers.
Australian citizenship is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and follow-ups
Process payroll, superannuation, and ensure compliance with awards and obligations
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Support month-end processes and management reporting
Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
Solid knowledge of Australian accounting and taxation basics
MYOB experience essential
Minimum 3+ years of MYOB experience required
High attention to detail and accuracy
Competent with Excel and reconciliations
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be an Australian citizen
