A WA owned and operated, tier 2 commercial building company with an excellent reputation. They focus on projects from $50-150M across a variety of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation and health.
They are currently looking for a experienced Site Supervisor to join the team on $120M+ mixed use development. Site based role reporting to an experienced PM and Site Manager. They are looking for a solid all-rounder with experience in structure, façade & finishing.

They are currently looking for a experienced Site Supervisor to join the team on $120M+ mixed use development. Site based role reporting to an experienced PM and Site Manager. They are looking for a solid all-rounder with experience in structure, façade & finishing.
Key Requirements:
- Trade Qualified Carpenter with proven experience in commercial building.
- Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor in the tier 1 or 2 market.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate subcontractors.
- IT savvy with MS Office & Aconex.
- Previous experience delivering apartments, student accommodation, office or hotels is preferred.
