Location: Dubbo
Hourly Rate: $42.26 an hour + super
Hours: 7 hours a day, 35 a week

• Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support departmental objectives.
• Support compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

• Previous experience in administration (essential).
• Previous experience within a professional or government setting (Highly desirable).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Teams suite and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP is highly desirable.
• A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and adapting to changing priorities.
