Now we’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to take the reins and drive performance across Meta, Email, and SMS for our studio clients. If you can spot a weak funnel from a mile away, love optimising ads, and can talk strategy with business owners — this is your role.

Forget internal politics and bloated layers. You’ll work directly with studio owners and do what you do best: run smart, ROI-driven campaigns that get results.

Strategy & Onboarding

• Craft custom marketing strategies tailored to studio goals and locations.

• Run local competitor research and audience targeting that actually matters.

• Set crystal-clear KPIs, offers, and lead flow expectations.

Campaign Execution

• Build and manage Meta campaigns designed to convert — not just look pretty.

• Launch email and SMS funnels that nurture leads into bookings.

• A/B test everything — headlines, images, CTAs, offers — and scale what works.

Client Partnerships

• Be the “in-house marketing expert” for your clients — they’ll trust your judgment.

• Share insights clearly (no jargon), and guide them through results and next steps.

• Help studio owners understand marketing so they become better partners.

 Innovation & Impact

• Collaborate with our creatives and strategists to improve funnels and creative.

• Mentor junior marketers and raise the standard of performance across the team.

• Suggest better tools, workflows, or experiments — we’re always evolving.

 Proven Experience

• 4+ years managing digital marketing campaigns — agency or high-performance team.

• Expert in Meta Ads Manager, especially local lead gen.

• Confident with email and SMS platforms (GHL, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts without dropping the ball.

Communication Skills

• You can translate data into insight, and strategy into plain English.

• You know how to build trust and keep small business owners calm and focused.
