Restaurant Manager – Italian Restaurant | Camberwell VIC
We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant 80-seat Italian restaurant in Camberwell.
About the Role: You’ll oversee daily operations, lead and motivate staff, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment. Duties include staff training, opening & closing restaurant, staff rostering, cashing up, maintaining wine lists, wine & alcohol ordering from suppliers as well as other managerial duties. More importantly, the successful candidate will be hands on.

• Proven experience in restaurant management or senior FOH role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for Italian food, wine, and hospitality
• Excellent customer service and organisational abilities
