On behalf of our client, a global luxury brand we are very excited to be working on finding them an accomplished Supervisor for their new Chatswood Chase boutique.
We are seeking a Supervisor that has leadership experience (previous Senior Sales or Supervisory experience ideal) a good business acumen, strong operations skill set and the ability to help create a world-class shopping environment.
As the Supervisor, you will support the Boutique Manager in managing and driving a close-knit team. And in return for your passion and outstanding performance across all key performance indicators, you will be rewarded with a very attractive bonus and commission program and the opportunity to grow your career with one of the strongest global brands.
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where you and your team exceed expectations, build and nurture relationships and drive sales.
Skills and Experience
Proven retail leadership experience
Excellent CRM capabiliies
Exposure to driving sales, performance management and succession planning your team
Operating within a global business, dealing with senior stakeholders and regional offices
Additional language skills are advantageous but not essential
A good interest in timepieces and/or willingness to learn about the product
Excellent salary package; up to $72'000 + super + strong bonus and commission structure.
