Experienced Estimator/Draftsperson needed to join our team delivering a range of structural steel projects. We are a Family owned business based in Brookvale, Northern Beaches.
Experience in structural steel estimation (fabrication or construction background preferred).
Strong understanding of drawings, quantities, and fabrication processes.
Proficient in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Tekla.
Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Liaising with clients and internal staff members to gain an understanding of the scope and requirements of projects.
Excellent attention to detail, time management and the ability to work independently.
Attend site visits when required to understand project scope.
Maintain and update cost databases and project documentation.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
Strong English is a must.
