About the Role We are partnering with a highly respected engineering and property delivery group seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support and deliver major civil and infrastructure projects across Australia.
You’ll work closely with senior engineers, consultants, authorities, utilities and contractors to ensure seamless planning, coordination and execution across a diverse portfolio of work. This position offers exposure to large-scale master planned developments, trunk infrastructure, civil works programs, utilities and multi-stage delivery packages.
You will oversee design reviews, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, commercial management, WHS compliance and project sequencing—ensuring high-quality, safe and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver civil works packages from planning through completion
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, utilities and local authorities
- Communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders and partners
- Manage documentation, contract administration and compliance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, risk management and commercial outcomes
- Maintain strong long-term relationships to support ongoing work
- Contribute to continuous improvement and professional development initiatives
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering civil, infrastructure or master-planned developments
- Strong skills in coordination, planning, stakeholder engagement and documentation
- Technical capability across roads, drainage, earthworks, utilities and civil design review
- Clear communication style and a solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality project outcomes
