We’re a close knit team of ~45 allied health professionals who back each other and love the impact we make. Our modern Malvern office is your hub; our work happens in your local area whether it be across Melbourne’s North, West and South East. We support older adults (Home Care Packages/Support at Home) and NDIS participants to live safer, more independent lives.
The roleFull time Community Occupational Therapist. Choose a primary location to cover (SE/North/West) You’ll complete community visits, assessments and reports across NDIS and Aged Care, with a supportive team and accessible leaders who care about your growth.
You’ll be doingFunctional and ADL assessments, goal setting and therapy
Home mods, equipment prescription and trials
FCA/AT/Home Mods reports and progress reviews
Stakeholder collaboration (clients, families, coordinators, builders)
Travel within your area (up to 45 minutes)
FULL AHPRA registration and valid AU working rights
Clear written/verbal communication; great customer service
A growth mindset and genuine teamwork

$1,500 annual PD allowance + 2 paid PD days
