What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a 150–160 property portfolio
- Conduct routine inspections and support leasing activities
- Handle VCAT matters
- Work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Use Property Tree to manage all day-to-day operations
- 2–3 years’ property management experience
- Confident handling VCAT processes
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions on your own
- Up to $80,000 + Super
- Work with a well-known brand in the inner north
