Join one of Newcastle’s most respected and fast-growing property developers in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

Our client is seeking a proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to support marketing delivery across multiple concurrent residential projects at various stages. You’ll be involved with everything from campaign coordination and media management to social media, purchaser communications, and on-site activations, all whilst working closely with the marketing campaign & sales manager, as well as other key teams and stakeholders.
  
About the Role
This is a fast paced hands-on position supporting three active development projects, working closely with the Sales and Project teams to ensure cohesive and high-impact marketing outcomes. You’ll coordinate campaign delivery, manage external agency relationships, and contribute to reporting and CRM management.

No two days are the same and you’ll need to roll with the punches, be agile, dynamic and energised with great attention to detail and confident communicator.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the rollout of project marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site channels
  • Coordinating marketing collateral, signage, and display materials
  • Solid experience liaising with creative, media, and PR agencies to meet timelines and budgets; driving campaigns forward.
  • Write and brief creative materials, including EDMs, social posts, print, signage, and digital ads.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and drone shoots for marketing and construction progress.
  • Managing updates in CRM systems and assisting with campaign reporting
  • Ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and development teams
  • Supporting project launches, display suite activations, and community engagement initiatives
  • Site visits when needed to liaise with sales and other marketing functions
About You
You will have 4-5+ years’ experience in marketing, big bonus points if from within the property, construction, or project-based industries You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal skills/experience:
  • 4–5+ years of marketing experience (property or related industry preferred but open to agency side).
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and events.
  • Bonus points for experience with design tools (Indesign, Figma, other)
  • Confident writing copy for digital and print assets. (desirable not essential)
  • Understanding of paid media, content creation, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta, LinkedIn, scheduling software).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Property Base/Salesforce ideally but not essential).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing projects come to life from ground to completion.
