Built on a foundation of excellence, we provide end-to-end services in plumbing, drainage, gas fitting, and bore and water systems across residential, commercial, and maintenance sectors. We work throughout the Northern Territory, delivering high-quality projects in some of the most remote and rewarding locations.

We are currently seeking a confident and capable Operations Manager to join our team in Tennant Creek, NT. This is a challenging, fast-paced role suited to a strong leader who thrives in remote environments and wants to make the role their own from day one. What You will Be Doing:

• Scheduling & Resource Coordination - Manage and maintain workforce and machinery scheduling to ensure projects are staffed and resourced effectively.

• Team Leadership & Workforce Management - Lead, mentor, and manage the performance and development of site teams to ensure operational success.

• Operational Delivery & Job Profitability - Oversee job quoting, delivery, and invoicing to meet budget, timeline, and profitability targets.

• Strategic & Client-Focused Leadership - Drive strategic goals, client relationships, and business growth through effective leadership and collaboration.

• Stock & Procurement Oversight - Control stock levels and procurement processes to reduce waste and manage job costs.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 4 years of operational management experience in a trade or construction environment

• Certificate IV in Plumbing

• Demonstrated success in scheduling, workforce planning, and project profitability

• Experience leading teams in remote or regional areas

• Proven track record of managing quotes, invoicing, and delivering against budget

• High-level communication and leadership skills

• A current manual driver’s licence, HR preferred
  

Desirable Skills:

• Excavator, Skid Steer, Backhoe ticket

• First aid certification, safety management, quality assurance, and leadership qualifications.

• Familiarity with SimPRO software is a plus.
