As a Tow Truck Operator, you’ll be the helping hand people rely on when they need it most. From roadside breakdowns and accident recoveries to general vehicle transport, you’ll represent Grealy Motors with professionalism and care. This role offers a mix of full-time and part-time hours, with some after-hours and weekend shifts as part of a rotating roster.
⸻ Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate tow trucks for roadside assistance, accident recovery, and vehicle transport. • Provide excellent customer service – often being the first point of contact during stressful situations. • Conduct pre-start checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards. • Accurately complete job records, reports, and required documentation. • Work collaboratively with the dispatch and workshop teams to deliver timely service.
⸻ What We’re Looking For • MR or HR licence preferred (or willingness to obtain). • A strong safety focus and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team. • Flexibility to work some after-hours and weekends on a rostered basis.
