We're seeking a talented and motivated Events & Reservations Manager to lead our front-of-house events and reservations team. This is an exciting, hands-on position that oversees everything from weddings and corporate functions to restaurant reservations and guest communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all events, including weddings, social functions, and corporate events

• Manage restaurant bookings and reservations, ensuring a seamless guest experience

• Drive event sales, meet budgets, and achieve KPI targets

• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences

• Oversee final event details and on-the-day execution

• Lead, train, and support a small and dedicated team

• Maintain accurate booking systems and ensure clear communication with the kitchen and operations teams

• Respond to online feedback professionally and proactively

• Proven experience in hospitality or events management (weddings, functions, and restaurant operations)

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, drive sales, and deliver results

• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure

• Confident with Microsoft Office and event management software

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail

• Flexible to work weekends and evenings as required
