These venues offer a mix of vibrant dining, bar, function and gaming operations — including venues with up to 80 gaming machines — and are known for their community focus, friendly culture, and commitment to excellent service.

As Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the venue during your shift. You’ll lead and support staff across multiple departments, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and provide hands-on operational leadership to deliver a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests and members.

Depending on your experience and preference, we have roles suited to both career-progressing supervisors and seasoned managers seeking a fresh challenge.

• Oversee daily club operations including opening and closing procedures

• Lead, motivate, and support team members across bar, bistro, gaming, and functions

• Maintain compliance with liquor, gaming, and WHS regulations

• Deliver consistently high service standards and customer satisfaction

• Manage rosters, shift coverage, and incident reporting

• Provide operational support during busy periods and handle guest inquiries or issues professionally

• Report key matters to senior management as required

• Proven management or supervisory experience in a licensed club, hotel, or similar venue

• Strong working knowledge of food, beverage, gaming, and function operations

• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a busy environment

• A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality excellence

• Current RSA, RSG, and Approved Manager’s Licence (or ability to obtain)
