About The Role:
We are currently recruiting for energetic and enthusiastic self-starters looking to hit the ground running in our Redcliffe office. We are looking for someone who is seeking a career and not just a job – as they say, “real estate is a lifestyle”. No real estate sales experience is necessary, and extensive sales training is provided. HOWEVER, applicants MUST have or be willing to obtain their QLD Sales Agent Certificate as part of the legal industry employment conditions. We are searching for the right people, not the right agents – we will help you become the right agent.
About You:
Hold a current QLD driver’s license and own a reliable, presentable car
Motivated and possess a positive attitude
A willingness to learn
The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
A genuine passion for people and real estate
Professionally presented and well-spoken
Excellent time management
Strong work ethic and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (we will teach you how to use our real-estate specific systems and software)
Seeking a long-term career in real estate
Able to embrace change and think on your feet
