Wesbeam is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Log Yard Operator to join our team at our Neerabup location. For this full-time position, we are searching for someone available to work a fixed roster of 4 days on, 3 days off, 4 nights on, 3 days off. The 4 shifts where you are rostered on will be Monday - Thursday, which means you can enjoy a 3-day weekend - every weekend! Our ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our log yard.
Your duties will include:
Operate a front-end loader to move logs within the log yard and feed them into the processing line.
Manage control room operations for sorting and splitting logs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the log yard area, including sweeping and general tidying of machines and the control room.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required.
Essential Selection Criteria:
Experience operating a front-end loader (Loader Ticket required).
High-risk work license (Forklift).
Australian working rights.
Current National Police Clearance.
Ability to pass a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
