Located from newly appointed offices and showroom you will enjoy working with a fun and caring team that manages incoming calls and face-to-face enquiries. You will be required to ensure at all times customers and their enquiries are managed in a prompt, supportive and friendly manner with a view to discussing relevant product and services ensuring relationships are cemented and future sales secured. You will be motivated to participate in ongoing product training to ensure you possess a high level of product Knowledge that allows you to deliver on customers needs efficiently. As an ever expanding business you will work with other internal customers across the warehouse, service and corporate areas to ensure that Customer enquiries are quickly and effectively responded to. To ensure your success, you will be a real team player, take pride in your presentation, possess advanced interpersonal communication skills, accuracy in your work and demonstrate everyday your commitment to delivering solutions to customers that are life changing.
