Cranfield Group has partnered with a Fabrication company based on the Sunshine Coast.
With multiple new contracts and projects on the horizon, our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Powdercoater to join their team.
This is a full time opportunity with an immediate start.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Perform Powder coating on aluminium fence panels, balustrades, screens, posts and long lengths of extrusions
- Perform pre-treatment, hanging, and wrapping as well as coating.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Prior powder coating Experience and attention to detail essential
- Ability to perform and pass D&A testing.
- Proficiency in powder coating aluminum and sheet metal
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines
- Must have the ability to work independently and have the right attitude to get the job done.
- Reference and contact details of past two employers
- Ability to use initiative for other tasks around workshop
- Family orientated team environment with flexible working arrangements
- Hours of work can be anywhere from 6am -5pm
- Ability for work 38 hours in 4 days - 3 day weekends!
- $42p/h plus super plus entitlements
