We're on the lookout for a hardworking, hands-on Landscaping Leading Hand to help drive our growing landscaping business. Whether you’re looking for part-time or full-time hours, if you’ve got experience in maintenance and construction landscaping, a good work ethic, and pride in your work – we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and working alongside a small, friendly team
Landscaping construction (retaining walls, paving, turf, planting, edging etc.)
Garden and lawn maintenance (mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilising etc.)
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
Communicating with clients in a polite and professional way
Keeping job sites clean and organised
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience in both landscape maintenance and construction
Can lead by example and take initiative on-site
Is reliable, hardworking, and has a strong attention to detail
Has good time management and problem-solving skills
Is physically fit and not afraid to get stuck in
Has a current driver’s licence
White Card and horticulture/landscape tickets are a bonus (but not essential)
