The Ag Shop is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts team member to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and data entry.
Experience with end-of-month balancing and knowledge of Sybiz would be an advantage, but not essential.
In this key role, you'll ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, maintain up-to-date records, and support the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems. You will also play an important role in assisting with reporting and reconciliations.
Australian work rights are essential for this role.

We’re a locally owned, family-run business that has been supporting the Agricultural, Mining, and Industrial sectors for over 14 years. With locations in Perth and Hyden, we supply parts, provide services, manage logistics, and operate as a busy freight depot.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, credit card, and general ledger entries
Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, receipts, and reports
Assist with month-end reconciliations and journals
Contribute to the improvement of policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
Provide support to other staff as required

You’re an organised and proactive finance minded individual with a passion for accuracy and process improvement. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
You will bring:
Sound knowledge and experience in Finance, Creditors, or Accounts Payable
Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a diverse team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
