About the Opportunity Our client is seeking dedicated Product Support Specialists to join their customer experience team on a full-time basis — Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekend work. Located in Western Sydney
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need support with their fitness and wearable technology products. You’ll provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer walks away with a positive experience.

- Log customer interactions accurately and escalate issues when needed.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals and share knowledge.
- Stay informed on product updates, features, and company procedures.
