We're looking for compassionate, committed Registered Nurses to support a young participant in a community-based setting. This role involves direct care for an infant/toddler with high-intensity medical needs. Training, shadow shifts and clinical handover will be provided prior to commencement.
Shifts available: Days, afternoons, overnights.
Deliver safe, effective nursing care tailored to the needs of the participant
Provide age-appropriate care, including nappy and clothing changes, play-based engagement, and comfort strategies
Monitor and assess clinical indicators (vital signs, skin integrity, respiratory status)
Administer medications and feeds (e.g., TPT via pump, enteral meds) – training provided if not yet competent
Monitoring oxygen titrations
Complete high-quality documentation and progress notes
Collaborate closely with support workers and KCS management
Respond promptly to clinical concerns and follow escalation protocols
Ensure ongoing compliance with AHPRA standards, CPD, and training requirements

Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) completed within the last 2 years
Current AHPRA registration
Clinical reference and/or last placement report (if applicable)
Willingness to participate in a rotating roster
First Aid and CPR certificate
National Police Check and Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong technological, communication, and time management skills
A genuine passion for providing quality care
Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
