We are currently seeking 2 Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.


The role

Reporting to the Team leader- Litter & Local Laws, we are seeking 2 Law Enforcement Officers who can bring their skills and experience for:

  • Thorough Investigations leading to appropriate actions
  • Professional & courteous approach providing quality customer service
  • Enforcement of relevant Acts, Regulations and Council's Local Law.
  • Provide compliance / regulatory information and education to the community.


To be considered you will have:

  • Local government experience is desirable.
  • Certificate IV in a Local Government discipline or proven experience in a similar enforcement role.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and be able to deal with difficult or irate customers.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with well-developed consultation and resolution skills.
