The Role & The Team
As the Training Delivery Lead for the CMATS transition, you will lead the planning and delivery of training for air traffic controllers, supervisors, and support staff. Your work will ensure a smooth and safe shift to the new CMATS system, with training aligned to regulatory standards. You will guide strategy, support change, and help integrate CMATS across the workforce.
This role requires an experienced leader with strong expertise in aviation training, regulatory compliance, and operational change. Success will also depend on your ability to engage stakeholders and lead teams effectively. Your contribution will be key to delivering the broader goals of the OneSKY Australia Program.
