As the Head of Owners Corporation, you’ll take ownership of both the strategic and operational success of the department. You’ll lead a growing team of OC Managers and Assistants, drive service standards, and ensure the smooth management of all properties within the portfolio.
You’ll play a pivotal role in developing your team, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the OC Managers and Assistants alongside the Development Manager.
- Support the OC team in resolving complex issues and escalated client matters.
- Work closely with Team Leaders to identify recurring operational challenges and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, company policies, and best-practice standards.
- Oversee client satisfaction and retention, acting as the key point of contact for escalations.
- Attend AGMs, committee meetings and other key stakeholder engagements as required.
- Provide operational relief during periods of leave or vacancies within the team.
- Drive departmental growth through innovation, efficiency and a focus on revenue opportunities.
- Proven experience leading an Owners Corporation or Operations team within the OC industry.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills with a genuine passion for people development.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Deep understanding of OC legislation and industry standards.
