About the role
This is a casual role with Think Renewable, a leader in the renewable energy industry. As an Outbound Lead Generation & Sales representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers and introducing our innovative solar and energy storage solutions. No prior industry experience is required, as full training will be provided. The role is based in our Brisbane office, located in the heart of the CBD.
What you'll be doing
Qualifying leads and booking in-person or virtual appointments for our sales team
Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Maintaining up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to support lead generation campaigns
Continuously expanding your product knowledge to better assist customers
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
Resilience and a positive, proactive attitude to handle potential objections and rejections
A keen interest in renewable energy and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
