$75,000 – $80,000 per annum + superannuation
About Us
The Grove Tavern is a proudly family owned and operated hospitality venue located in Adelaide’s north eastern suburbs. We offer a full table service restaurant, casual dining area, a vibrant bar, live entertainment, a busy bottle shop, and a gaming room. With a strong reputation for quality food, excellent facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re currently undergoing an exciting renovation to expand and upgrade our sports bar and outdoor dining space.

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced hospitality professional with 2–3 years in food service, ideally with supervisory or management experience, to step into a full-time salaried Restaurant Manager position.
The successful candidate will:
Lead our front of house team in our busy, table service restaurant and casual dining areas
Oversee a high volume bar in a vibrant live entertainment venue
Maintain and elevate service standards through hands on leadership and staff training
Ensure smooth day to day operations with a focus on customer satisfaction
Work closely with ownership and management to shape service direction and venue performance
About You
Passionate about food, beverage, and providing memorable guest experiences
Confident in a fast paced environment with a calm and professional approach
Able to inspire, lead, and train a team to deliver high standards of service
Organised, reliable, and enthusiastic about being part of a growing, family run business
