Are you a proactive and hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining high standards and motivating others?
We are seeking a Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry workflow.

• Lead, train, and motivate a small team to achieve production targets.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate supply orders.

• Operate company vehicle to collect/drop off uniforms across the site.

• Oversee light sewing and repair tasks (zip and pocket replacements, hemming, patching, embroidery).

• Maintain accurate records and report to the Operations Manager.

About You:

• Experience in laundry, housekeeping, or facilities supervision.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.

• Current driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia.

• Police and employment background checks required.

We are looking for a skilled Seamstress / Sewing Assistant to support our laundry operations with uniform alterations and embroidery tasks.

Key Tasks Include:

• Zip and pocket replacements, hemming, patching, darning, and seaming.

• Monogramming and embroidery of uniforms.

• Maintaining sewing equipment and work area.

• Assisting laundry staff as required.
