Facility Manager
Seeking a experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations of a small - medium sized, fully accredited age care facility close to Montrose.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and have a true passion for aged care, working closely with your team to ensure the highest level of clinical care is provided to residents.

- Monday to Friday position with Flexible start and finish times
- Structure: Facility Manager, Care Manager, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses. Personal Care Assistants, lifestyle Team, Catering, Cleaning, laundry and administration assistants
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the small aged care facility
- Maintain ongoing communication with the executive management team
- Lead, manage, and mentor a dedicated team of staff
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Manage financial budgets and resources effectively
- Pay attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrate resilience and determination in addressing challenges
- Foster a culture of dedication and passion for aged care
Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse (DIV 1)
- Experience managing a residential aged care facility for at least 2 years
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
- Up to date with the changing environment of Aged Care
- Great understanding of aged care legislation
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised and an ability to use online systems
