HVAC Technician - Commercial & Critical Sites

Full-time | $50-$58/hr + Super + Vehicle
We’re looking for a qualified HVAC Technician with strong service and fault-finding experience for full-time work across Melbourne. You’ll be working on a mix of commercial and critical sites - ideal for someone who enjoys technical work and wants long-term job security.
What’s involved
Service, maintenance and occasional install work
Fault-finding and breakdown response
Working across data centres, comms rooms, and commercial sites
Liaising with clients and internal coordination team
Maintaining accurate service reports and job documentation
What you’ll need
Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
ARCtick licence
White Card + VIC driver’s licence
VBA plumbing registration
Electrical Disconnect or A-Grade licence
5+ years HVAC experience (critical site work is a bonus)
