NT candidates given first preference - highly encouraged to apply
You’ll work across a wide range of heavy mining and civil gear including but not limited to:
CAT loaders, dozers, moxys
Frannas, body trucks & various ancillary equipment
Cummins power gen
Various mobile plant used across a large-scale NT mining operation
You won’t be left on your own — each fitter is teamed up with an experienced service person, making the workflow smoother, safer and far more enjoyable.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where your skills are genuinely valued.
Roster & Conditions2:2 roster
Camp-style accommodation provided (brand new, clean and comfortable)
Living and messing at the mine camp, with the bonus of being in an actual town — if you feel like a counter meal and a cold beer after work, you’re only minutes away
Flights paid, or driving reimbursed from Alice Springs, Darwin or Katherine

Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic
Strong diagnostics and repair capabilities across heavy plant (CAT, Komatsu, Cummins etc.)
Safety-focused, proactive work ethic
Able to work independently and within a small, supportive team
