Oz Canopies & 4x4 is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our team in Western Sydney NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO / SEM

• Do consistent SEO work on our WordPress website i.e. keyword research which will then inform on page SEO work. Use this work to create new categories then populate said categories and product pages with SEO content

• Use tools like Google search console, SEMrush and Ahrefs to conduct keyword research and consistently monitor rankings

• Write blogposts following key word research

• Make sure the website is technically sound SEO wise. URL’s, Tags etc.

 2. Google Ads & Paid Campaigns

• Plan, implement and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting

• Monitor ad spend, conversions, and ROI, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement 

3. Social Media Marketing

•  Work closely with our in-house videographer & photographer to develop captivating content

• Develop, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

• Grow community engagement and brand visibility through strategic content creation and ad campaigns

• Optimise social media funnels, track KPIs, and run A/B tests for performance improvement

4. Web Development & WordPress Management

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites ensuring responsiveness, speed, and SEO optimisation

• Work continuously on conversion rate optimisation

• Implement new features, plugins, themes, landing pages, and troubleshoot issues

• Maintain security, backups, and site performance on an ongoing basis 

5. AI & Automation Integration (Bonus)

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.) to enhance content creation and campaign efficiency

• Bonus: Experience building or customising AI-driven marketing automation or customer engagement solutions

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media and Google Ads

• Advanced proficiency in WordPress website development (HTML, CSS, plugins, themes, page builders)

• Strong understanding of digital campaign performance metrics, funnels, and conversion optimisation

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of digital strategy and execution

• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and trends

• Excellent written and visual communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and adaptability

Desirable (not mandatory but preferred):

• Experience with AI implementation in marketing workflows

• Graphic design or basic video editing experience

• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and marketing automation tools
