We are currently looking for immediate start a hands-on Confectionery Production Worker to contribute to the day-to-day operation of our small production team. You will enjoy working in a physically demanding, fast and repetitive role whilst maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Reporting to Production Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Predominantly enrobing with milk and dark chocolate
Production of confectionery and specialty lines Like Rocky Road other
Working in a team and manage the team to meet production goals weekly basis production
Strong understanding of chocolate tempering and coating techniques.
Accurately follow recipes, production schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
The most suitable candidate would:
have experience in a similar role in the food production industry
have a minimum of 6 months experience in the food production industry
have a strong focus on food safety and hygiene
be able to obtain food safety certification after hire
be task/process focused – you are able to complete repetitive work to a high standard
be able to follow instructions and processes and manage productions with all coming orders .
be
be able to work independently
be reasonably physically fit to work in very busy environments.
be reliable as you are responsible for entire production with team
be available for day shifts
