Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is an expert in Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and TikTok advertising and content creation. This role requires a professional who understands how to craft and manage high-impact campaigns on these platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation and audience engagement. You will work closely with our team to enhance our digital presence, create compelling content, and drive measurable results.

This is a remote, in-house role—you’ll work solely with us on your designated days each week. This is not an agency role; we want someone who is fully committed to our brand and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Campaign Strategy: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and TikTok. You will strategize and implement initiatives to promote our services, client success stories, and educational content.

• TikTok Video Creation: Produce short-form, creative TikTok videos that highlight key investment tips, success stories, and brand messages. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using TikTok’s tools to create engaging, viral content.

• Ad Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, Instagram, and TikTok to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.

• Lead Generation: Design and execute campaigns specifically aimed at attracting and converting leads into clients, with a focus on data-driven performance.

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content across all platforms, including TikTok videos, Instagram posts, Facebook ads, and multimedia content.

• Analytics and Optimization: Use Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on results.

• Social Media Growth: Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with our audience.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and advisory teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs, ensuring all campaigns support the overall mission.

• Videography: This would be a bonus but not a requirement!

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and TikTok advertising, particularly in lead generation and audience engagement.
   

• Skills:

  • Expertise in TikTok content creation, including video editing and using platform-specific tools to create engaging, viral videos

  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Proven ability to create and manage high-performance campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion

  • Strong content creation skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in multimedia formats

  • Experience in data analysis and using analytics to optimize campaign performance and drive results

  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
