We are currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Officer to join our Strategy, Brand and Engagement team.
About the Role
We’re looking for a self-motivated and confident communications professional eager to grow their skills in an engaging and supportive environment.
In this role, you will:
- Manage media enquiries and assist with drafting media releases & statements
- Plan and execute public relations activities for both internal and external audiences to build engagement and the profile of the organisation.
- Develop and deliver innovative communication solutions to increase awareness and engagement with St John NT’s services and products.
- Create engaging content across digital platforms.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to support communication needs.
- Provide excellent customer service while promoting and protecting St John NT’s brand and reputation.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Creativity and passion for developing digital platforms and content.
- A genuine interest in news and current events.
