Reporting to strong aged care manager + opportunity to prorgess yourself

Reporting to the Facility Manager you will oversee all clinical care in this small - medium sized aged care home based in Traralgon. Be part of a medium aged care, VIC based provider that supports growth and resident care.

To be considered for this role, you will have:
  • Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential!
  • Previous experience in a similar role in aged care (Clinical Manager/ Care Manager)  
  • Excellent aged care clinical skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Manage time efficiently
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
