About the Role

As an experienced Pool Technician, you’ll service and maintain a portfolio of residential and commercial pools and spas. From diagnosing equipment issues to keeping water crystal clear, your expertise will ensure clients stay happy and pools stay perfect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain pools/spas with precision and efficiency

  • Carry out advanced water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment installations

  • Diagnose, repair, and optimise filtration, heating, and automation systems

  • Provide top-tier customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in pool and spa servicing (minimum 1+ years preferred)

  • Strong technical knowledge of pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heating systems

  • Confident with water chemistry and balancing

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Current driver’s licence essential
