Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of a major industrial development from early design through to successful completion? This is a rare opportunity to lead a $30m new-build industrial facility, working with a high-performing team and a proven contractor with strong forward workload.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, beginning with a 3-month design and early works phase (Jan–Mar 2026), followed by an 18-month construction delivery program.
This role suits a PM who enjoys structure, clarity, and the autonomy to drive outcomes across design, procurement, commercial management, and site delivery.

The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the front-end design, coordination and stakeholder management
- Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement and project programming
- Drive financial performance, cost control and contract administration
- Oversee construction delivery, safety, quality and reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to required standards
- Proven experience delivering industrial or commercial projects $20M+
- Strong understanding of design management and early-phase coordination
- Excellent commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets & contracts
- Strong leadership with a collaborative, professional communication style
- Ability to build trust with clients and drive high-performing teams
- Relevant tertiary or trade-based qualifications
- $200k–$220k + Super
