We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Qualified Plumber to join our growing construction and development team. You’ll be working across NDIS housing, residential, and commercial new-build projects, delivering high-quality plumbing installations with a focus on drainage, sewer, stormwater, and rough-in work.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated tradesperson who values precision, professionalism and innovation.
Full-time position servicing metro Melbourne and some regional sites. Office location is in Clayton
Work on diverse NDIS, residential, and commercial new builds, from drainage to final fit-off.
Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure smooth and compliant project delivery.
Perform drainage, sewer, and stormwater installations to Australian Standards.
Complete rough-in and fit-off plumbing for new-build projects.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and site cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with VBA regulations and OHS requirements.
Qualified Plumber
Minimum 5 years’ experience in plumbing for new builds (NDIS, residential, or commercial).
Strong knowledge of drainage, sewer, stormwater, and rough-in work.
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Current driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (regional travel required).
White Card required.
Competitive salary $100K–$130K + Super, depending on experience.
Motor vehicle allowance provided
