About the Role
You'll be responsible for full site management from start to finish, including:
- Overseeing site safety, quality, and day-to-day operations
- Managing structural works and coordinating high-end finishing trades
- Monitoring program milestones and driving subcontractor performance
- Reading and interpreting plans to deliver work as designed
- Identifying defects early and ensuring clean project handovers
About You
- Strong experience as a Site Manager, Foreman in Sydney
- Background with Tier 2 or reputable Tier 3 builders
- Proven track record delivering residential OR aged care projects from start to finish
- High attention to detail with luxury finishes highly regarded
- Carpentry trade background preferred but not essential
- Secure, ongoing projects lined up after completion
- Ownership of projects from groundworks to handover
- Family-style culture where people are valued, not just a number
- Strong salaries offered for the right people, based on experience
