Are you an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? We’re seeking dedicated nurses to provide high-quality care to aged and/or disabled clients in their homes and local communities across greater metropolitan Adelaide.
About the Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse at Adelaide Quality Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care. Your role is vital in maintaining the standards of excellence that we are known for and contributing to the overall wellbeing of our patients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Wound care and management
Palliative and end-of-life care
Personal care and assistance with ADLs
Stoma and PEG care
Catheter care
Responding to clinical concerns or changes in client health
Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments
Providing care to clients with Motor Neurone Disease, including ad hoc support for urgent needs
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compassionate, reliable, client-focused mindset
Candidates currently residing in South Australia
Atleast 1 years experience in a similar role
Experience in palliative care or Motor Neurone Disease is highly regarded, but not essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
Mandatory Requirements:
Current AHPRA Registration
National Police Clearance
Medication Calculation Certificate
Basic Life Support / CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
