About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Child Health Nurse to provide specialist child health services to children and their families who are clients of Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service. The Child Health Nurse works with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based child health services to children including child health assessments, immunisations and developmental screening. This includes scheduled child health screening, care coordination of children requiring child development and/or specialist paediatric services, implementation of child immunisation programs, health promotion programs addressing priority health issues, and supporting skill development in the area of child health for the DYHS clinic staff.
This is a Permanent Full-time vacancy and the Work Hours (FTE) is flexible for negotiation.
