Due to expansion we are looking for a Educational Leader for our Milestones Warners Bay Centre.

About the Role

This role would suit an experienced Lead Educator who is looking to progress their career to Educational Leader and implement programs to the centre as well as guide, mentor and support our Lead Educators in successfully executing the programs.

This role is a full time role with 4 hours per week of non-contact time.

About the Centre:

We are a 100-place centre located in the heart of Warners Bay! We have five large learning spaces: Nursery, Toddler 1, Toddler 2, Junior Preschool and Preschool, for children to grow and develop based on their needs and individual milestones. We have two beautiful, large outdoor environments with natural elements and areas for children to explore, learn, and grow! We believe in flexibility and balance within our centre, this ensures our educators are getting the best out for what they need and also what our centre needs. We love events offering time for families to come and engage in beautiful surroundings and share moments with their children. Our team is very warm and welcoming, sharing our Affinity Values in our everyday practices!

About you: 

• A minimum of three years' demonstrated experience as a Lead Educator in a similar size centre
• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
• A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
