Support a high performing property management team with the below:
- Routine inspections a couple of days per week
- PCRs and final inspections as needed
- Providing leave cover for Property Managers across maintenance, leasing, and tenant support
- Previous property management experience essential
- Well presented, and an eye for detail
- Passionate about the real estate industry
- A positive attitude
- Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
- Multi-task and prioritise your workload
